Последующие оплаты обещали  с задержкой на 24 часа.

Причину не объяснили. За сутки до этого, были проблемы (технические работы) у Perfect Money, на многих проектах произошли задержки и как следствие паника, приток депозитов уменьшился. Возможно проблема в этом. Ждем развития событий.
